Christopher E. Swims.

Christopher E. Swims has been the Senior Pastor of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church of  Carbondale, IL since November 2010. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a concentration in interpersonal communication. In addition to serving as a Facilitator, he serves on the following boards in his community: Family Advocacy Sercvices Board of Directors, Carbondale Community High School 165 School Board, Head Start Goverance Board and Recording Secretary/proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc Mu Kappa Lambda Chapter. He and his lovely life companion, Brittany  reside in Carbondale with their daughters Carrington Leigh & Kennedy Amelia.
